"Christmas bear cub"

We will make this small bear cub together. 
The outline comes from TUBES FOR ALL, thank you in Mirna for these adorable creations.

I work with PSP 9
Open a new image 100 X 100 transparent  in PSP. Draw the outline using the paint brush, size 1

I like to draw my outlines in black, but to each his own way! 
 Once you have finished, take the magic wand and click on one of the black lines, then go to
 SELECTIONS - Modify- Select Similar 
As to colours, mine are here to give you an idea but feel free to use your own.

Then once your outline is selected, take your brush and use these  colors. 

For the cane: 

I used:  #840000

and I changed the size of the brush to 2 as it is quicker.
 Then Deselect All.

Fill the 2 areas of the cane with these colors

#b56565
#ffffff

Then color the bear:

Outline with : #9c6c48

Inside :  #cfac8d

Inside of ears :  #ffc0c0

Then we will apply a cutout.

With your magic wand select the area, then Float > Effects > 3D Effects > Cut Out.

Cane: White Parts :

      Fill interior :   # ffffff
Shadow color :  #800000
Vertical :  1
Horizontal :  1
 Opacity :  100
Blur :  3

Red Parts :

     Fill interior :  #b56565
 Shadow color : #800000
Vertical : 1

Here is your small finished bear and his cane! Time to personalize. I added some pixels on the outline to create hair and I also animated the bear!
